This will be a BOLLYBADDIES class, which means it will be feminine and empowering!
This will be an OPEN-LEVEL class with FLOOR WORK (modifications available!)
The class will be on Sunday, November 23, from 2-4 PM at Equilibrium Dance Academy
Recommended attire: Red and Black. Knee Pads HIGHLY Recommended!
